9TH ICGC 2022 Conference Programme
Please do not forget to register ontime to ensure your presentation is included in the programme.
Presentation instructions:
General:
The conference will take place in Athens, Greece, on 5th – 9th September 2022 at Zappeion Megaron and via Zoom with live oral presentations. Further instructions concerning the platform will be sent to presenters as the time approaches.
The Virtual presenters will be invited to a preparatory on-line meeting to check their audio, video, share screen option as well as to address any other technical questions.
Plenary, Keynote and Oral Presentations(Physical and Virtual):
The duration of plenary lectures is 45 mins (questions included).
The duration of keynote presentations is 30 mins (questions included).
The duration of oral presentations is 15 mins (questions included).
Physical presenters should deliver their presentations to the conference secretariat upon arrival and well before their session starts.
Posters (Physical):
The posters should be in printed format (exclusively in size A0, 84.1 cm (width) x 118.9 cm (height), portrait orientation).
You should place your printed poster, on the morning of the day/session in which your poster is assigned in the conference programme, at the relevant area of the conference venue (the secretariat will guide you to the appropriate area on site) and remove it by the end of the same day.
As the conference will take place in hybrid mode (physical and virtual), please send us also your poster in electronic format (1 slide in pdf format), in order to be uploaded on the conference website platform to be available for the remote participants. Please send us the electronic format to info@greeniupac2022.org by the 30th of August 2022.
Posters (Virtual):
The electronic format of the posters should be in size A0, 84.1 cm (width) x 118.9 cm (height), portrait orientation, as a single pdf file. Please send us your poster to info@greeniupac2022.org by the 30th of August 2022.
All posters (physical or virtual) can be accompanied by a pre-recorded 3-min video presentation, which will be available on the conference website platform throughout the whole conference. If you choose this option you should send us your pre-recorded video presentation in mp4 format via any convenient service such as WeTransfer, Google Drive etc.to info@greeniupac2022.org by the 30th of August 2022.
